HOW TO USE :
Slip inside bra with the bamboo against the skin.
Replace every 2-4 hours or if soaked through - don't let milk dry out on your skin.
HOW TO WASH:
Rinse out and machine wash with other light coloured items in a mesh laundry bag. Air dry or tumble dry on low/medium.
Wash before use to remove manufacturing residues and build up absorbency. Avoid using fabric softners as they may reduce absorbency of these pads.
TIP: Buy between 2-4 packs if washing every 2nd or 3rd day.
