Shipping policy

Australia: Purchases under the value of $150 are a flat rate of $15 and free shipping is applied automatically for orders over $150. Free shipping does not apply to nappy repairs or nappy hire kit purchases. Nappy Hire packages are bulky items that require additional postage costs to be paid for before dispatch. 

Orders other than nappy repairs and nappy hire kits are usually dispatched within 1-3 business days. You can follow the journey of your package in your order confirmation email. All Items ordered with nappy repairs or nappy hire kits will be sent with the nappy hire kits or nappy repairs and not any earlier.  If you require some items earlier than when the hire kits are due to go out or before the nappy repairs are completed, place these items as a separate order. 

Postage delays are out of our control and can be due to various reasons such as border closures, extreme weather events, pandemics or due to seasonal high volumes such as Christmas. We do try to dispatch your packages by the fastest means possible - however your patience is much appreciated. 

Other countries: Unfortunately we are not currently shipping internationally. 

Carbon offset delivery 
We have chosen courier companies within Australia and around the world which supports a carbon offset service, ensuring that what logistics we do require is funded into creating something better. Sendle, Couriers Please and Australia Post being our favourites.

Packaging
The packaging you will receive will depend on the size of the items. We love to reduce, reuse and use recycled and biodegradable packaging. 

Local Pick up

Free Local pick up is available from MT NASURA WA 6112.  This option is available at check out and exact address will be sent after order is placed. 

Shipping of Return Items

Please contact kam@thenappyguru.com.au  to discuss returning your product.

If you are returning a product due to change of mind, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

If there is an issue with your product and a fault is found we will cover the cost of return shipping and it will be returned to you with your refund or in addition with the product replacement.
