How to Use:
- Place the bamboo layer against your skin and slip the pad inside your bra.
- Replace every 2-4 hours or when soaked, to prevent milk from drying on your skin.
How to Wash:
- Rinse out and machine wash with light-colored items in a mesh laundry bag.
- Air dry or tumble dry on low/medium.

Important: Wash before first use to remove any manufacturing residues and to build absorbency. Avoid fabric softeners as they may reduce the pads’ absorbency.
