Nappy Rebates from local councils in Metro Areas in WA

 Just by participating in The Nappy Guru workshops you maybe eligible for rebates and subsidies for Nappy hire or nappy purchases from your local council. 

From WA Metro areas we have: 

• City of Armadale: 50% rebate for nappy purchases or nappy hire upto maximum of $100 + new nappy for all workshop participants - ends 30th June 2023. 
• Town of Bassendean: 50% rebate for nappy purchases or nappy hire upto maximum of $100 
• City of Bayswater: 50% rebate for nappy purchases or nappy hire upto maximum of $100 +  new nappy for all workshop participants 
• City of Belmont: 50% rebate for nappy purchases or nappy hire upto maximum of $100
• Town of East Fremantle: 50% rebate for nappy purchases or nappy hire upto maximum of $100 
•  City of Cockburn: 50% rebate for nappy purchases or nappy hire upto maximum of $100
•  City of Fremantle: 50% rebate for nappy purchases or nappy hire upto maximum of $150 - reverts to $100 after 30th June 2023
•  City of Melville: 50% rebate for nappy purchases or nappy hire upto maximum of $100 
•  Town Vincent: 50% Subsidy of nappy hire costing just $70 - can attend any Nappy Guru workshop 
•  Town of Victoria Park - 50% rebate for nappy purchases or nappy hire upto a maximum of $100 + Free nappy for workshop participants + 50% rebate upto $50 for nappy repairs
• City of Swan - Free Nappy Trial Pack to residents of this council valued at $100 given out at the workshops. 
• City of Kwinana - Subsidised Nappy Trial Packs to residents of this council after attending an online or in person workshops by Earthside Eco Bums 

Other councils around Australia and WA maybe offering other incentives and nappy packs or workshops. Above is only a list of councils that I have been involved with.

Pre-loved cloth nappies maybe available for participants to take home and we encourage anyone with excellent to great quality nappies to pass along to bring them to a workshop near you to pass on to new cloth users. 

NDIS and Medicare also offer rebates for incontinence and adult diaper type products. Just ask your NDIS case worker or health professional.
